Fuel Dock Site Plan 2 (fuel tanks)
Property boundaries overlaid on aerial photo

Notes:
There is now a fence around the Coast Guard dock parking, that follows the line of the old building foundation in the aerial photos (below, and on city's GIS site).
The State of Alaska is now in the process of rebuilding Seward Avenue Extension (the road that goes to the boathouse) and replacing utilities.
Once the road drawings are final, the property between the boathouse and the road can be transferred to the City and Borough of Sitka (from the Alaska Department of Education and Early Childhood Development) for parking for the boathouse, fuel dock, and City work float.

Aerial photo showing Sitka (bottom) and Japonski Island (center), with rough boundaries of the Sitka Naval Operating Base and U.S. Army Coast Defenses National Historic Landmark, and the Japonski Island Boathouse, left center. The upper portion of the landmark is the Causeway, now an Alaska State Historical Park.
